Description

The Contractor shall provide six (6) A709 HPS 100W 4� thick x 6�8� x 8� steel plates delivered to US Army Corps of Engineers Service Base in Pleasant Valley, IA. The intended use is for the fabrication of miter gate anchorage components. In addition, steel plate, bars and angles should be provided by the contractor in the quantities shown in the Appendix below. This material will be used in the fabrication of eighteen single-point picks for removal of our existing miter gates at LD�s 3, 4, 5 and 6, and for modification to a dewater box. The Contractor will provide steel in the quantities below.
