The attached request for quotation (RFQ) is source controlled and limited to Battelle Memorial Institute (CAGE code: 47026) or its authorized distributors. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this action is FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Soliciting from a Single Source. 2. The RFQ will result in a firm fixed price purchase order for the following requirement: � � �NOUN: Canister Vapor Sample � � �NSN: 6640-01-628-5067 � � �PART NO.: 6001-000922 � � �PRODUCTION QUANTITY: 100 EA � � �UNIT OF ISSUE: Each (EA) � � �SURVEILLANCE CRITICALITY DESIGNATOR: C 3. Military preservation, packing and marking are required and shall be accomplished in accordance with Section D, all applicable requirements of MIL-STD-2073-1 and Special Packaging Instruction P6001-000922. 4.
