Description

Solicitation 693JF723R000007 is hereby amended pursuant to the enclosed Statement of Work�and solicitation provisions wherein the Maritime Administration's (MARAD) Office of Marine�Financing is seeking to retain contractors to perform work as outside counsel in order to�enhance capabilities in various substantive legal areas and to provide subject matter�expertise when necessary for certain, discrete legal issues relating to its Federal Ship�Financing Program (Title XI). MARAD envisions the competitive award of multiple Blanket�Purchase Agreements (BPA) that will allow for the issuance of Call Orders for engagements�related to specific legal matters. The BPAs will provide an effective mechanism for the�expeditious procurement of necessary support across three functional areas using preapproved�contractors with established rate schedules. Please read and follow all the solicitation�provisions and instructions cited within�the enclosed Statement of Work; inclusive of Attachment 1, Pricing Sheet.
