- This one-time buy is pursuant to the award for MFR: Cisco, PN: GCP-8811-K9++=, with subsequent part numbers, Item: Cisco IP Telephone 8811, Qty: Varies. FAR 6.302-1(c) is being invoked to limit sources to only MFR: Cisco. and set-aside for small business under NIACS 334210. See Brand Name Justification (Attachment A) Technical specifications include that quoted part number is a Brand name match to the requested part numbers, compliant to markings and delivery schedule.� Also, vendor must acknowledge, mark order as shipped, and provide tracking information through vendor portal or EDI.� Quoted part number must be brand name MFR: CISCO, P/N: GCP-8811-K9++= to be considered for award, refurbished items will not be considered. Items are subject to review by the Northeast and Caribbean Supply & Acquisition Technical Branch and the customer prior to award. It will be awarded using the evaluation criteria of the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) with FOB Destination Pricing and marked in accordance with Military Standard 129R otherwise they must state/quote commercial carrier that would be used to ship directly to the customer and delivered within 30 calendar days after receipt of order (ARO) to customer. Quoted items must be Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliant and Brand name, MFR: CISCO.�A valid Letter of Supply (LOS) or Letter of Authorization (LOA) from Cisco is REQUIRED.
