Description

The West Virginia Army National Guard is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for raw subsistence, rapid preparation meals, shelf stable meals, and fresh meal kits. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 541611 Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services with a size standard of $24.5M. The Government will entertain other NAICS Codes. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. This is not a new requirement.�The previous contract W912L8-19-C-0003 was a 8(a) set aside and awarded to an 8(a) company. This requirement will support WVARNG in providing relevant and capable support services for a broad spectrum of operations in support of homeland defense/security, national security objectives and emergency response by supporting Joint Base Operations Support Service Programs.
