- This is a Presolicitation Notice and not a request for quote, proposal, or invitation for bid, and as such, any additional information as to the size and/or scope of the project will not be available until the issuance of the solicitation. No award will be made from the pre-solicitation notice, nor will any proposals, quotes, or bids be accepted from this notice. Any submittal will only be accepted after the posting of the solicitation notice. This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Please do not email requesting additional information until after the posting of the solicitation notice.� The full solicitation with details and attachments will be posted to this website within a week. General Information The solicitation is anticipated to be issued the week of October 20th, 2023. The contract is anticipated to be awarded December 2023 to November 2024 with four One Year Option Periods. (All dates are tentative and for planning purposes only.) The resulting contract shall be a Firm Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The solicitation shall be competitive 8(a) Set-Aside. The solicitation will be a Request for Proposal (RFP) under solicitation number 12444124R0001. To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the time solicitation is due to be eligible for this award.� Register via the SAM.gov website at SAM.gov | Home. Award will be contingent upon the apparent successful offeror�s ability to successfully complete the revised Small Business Administration�s 8(a) recertification process.� Requirement Information Support Activities for Forestry LOCATION: Savannah River Site (SRS), New Ellenton, South Carolina NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM CODE: (NAICS): 115310 SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: $11.5M General Scope (see Attachment 1 SOW for details) � The procurement will consist of Multiple Services of Support Activities for Forestry for the USDA Savannah River Site (SRS) in South Carolina. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment, supplies (including safety) to perform multiple services within the boundaries of the SRS, in accordance with the specifications, exhibits and clauses contained or referenced in the solicitation. Individual task to be performed will be awarded as Task Order against the subsequent awarded IDIQ.� NOTE: The government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to the upcoming RFP.
