- The Defense Logistics Agency-Aberdeen, on behalf of the Army, Integrated Logistics Supply Center (ILSC), intends to procure parts for the KGV-310B, Transmission Security (TRANSEC) Module, which is used in support of the Advanced Extremely High Frequency (AEHF) Secure, Mobile, Anti-Jam, Reliable, Tactical-Terminal (SMART-T) system NSN: 5895-01-530-6459. Requirements Description: The Advanced Extremely High Frequency (AEHF) Secure Mobile Anti-jam Reliable Tactical- Terminal (SMART-T) system, provides the Army's only worldwide satellite communication capability, which is anti-jam, and low probability of interception (LPI) and detection (LPD).� It also provides range extension to the Army's current and future tactical communications networks.� The SMART-T processes data and voice communications at low, medium, and extended data rates.� The AEHF SMART-T operates with MILSTAR/AEHF satellite constellation-compatible communications payloads.� The terminal is transportable, palletized, and integrated into a High Mobility Multi-Purpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV). The KGV-310B, TRANSEC module is a Controlled Cryptographic Item (CCI) Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) used within the AEHF SMART-T system, which provides transmission security capability. The intent is to procure parts for to KGV-310B, TRANSEC module. The Government does not possess the complete Technical Data Package (TDP) for the KGV-310B, TRANSEC module. Therefore, the TDP is not available for release. Detailed data for repair and/or manufacturing, inspections and test procedures pertaining to the parts listed, are not available from the Army. Very limited technical data has been provided by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), which may be requested during Request For Proposal (RFP) process. Items to Be Procured: 1.
