Description: Construction of a Child Development Center (CDC) at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. ��Construct a new Army large 6 weeks to 5 years old child development center, 37,300 SF.� Extensive pre-school level playgrounds are included.� The facility will accommodate 338 pre-school children, to include infants, pre-toddlers; toddlers; and pre-kindergarten ages.� Utilities, road relocation, and significant earthwork requiring surcharging are included.�
