SAINT LOUIS HEALTH CARE SYSTEM, JOHN COCHRAN DIVISION VA MEDICAL CENTER SAINT LOUIS, MISSIOURI - Project # 657-21-103JC RENOVATE SPACE FOR RADIATION ONCOLOGY SUITE EXPANSION BUILDING 1 CONSTRUCTION STATEMENT of WORK (SOW) 1. SCOPE: VA Saint Louis Health Care System, John Cochran Division, requires a Construction Contractor to renovate and upgrade the Radiation Oncology Department on the basement level of the main hospital, Building 1. Renovations include approximately 5000 sf of departmental floor space along with work in additional spaces for HVAC and other utilities. Work will be performed in phases as to maintain a minimum level of services to patients in the area. Work includes, but not limited to, coordination of the demolition and remodel of each phase, maintain existing HVAC requirements in occupied spaces during the removal and replacement of HVAC components, abate hazardous materials, and finishing the space for patient care. This project has a set of drawings and specifications that have been created by an Architectural-Engineering firm.� These drawings and specifications indicate the work to be performed. �
