Description
This Sources Sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a Solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. The information from this market research is for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. This is strictly market research and the Government will not entertain questions concern this market research. The Columbia-Pacific Northwest Region of the Bureau of Reclamation is conducting market research for a Firm-Fixed Price order for Vault Toilets and Shower Trailer pumping services. The intent of this notice is to determine the availability of Contractors that have experience and can provide mentioned services for the Bureau of Reclamation located at Grand Coulee Power Office in Grand Coulee, WA. Reclamation intends to award one firm-fixed price purchase order. The purchase order will be for one-year base period, and four one-year option periods. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 562991, Septic Tank and Related Services. The small business standard size is 9.0 million. Potential offerors having the capabilities necessary to meet the needs of the described requirement are invited to provide a capabilities statement. The capability statements must include the following: 1. Company name and Point of Contact information 2. Unique Entity Identifier 3. Small Business Size/Certification (to include 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, etc.) 4. Description of capability to perform septic pumping service 5. Past performance/experience on contracts of similar sizes Note: If submitting past performance/experience on a project in the role of a subcontractor, include the primary contractors name and quantifiable amount(percentage) of the project your company contributed to the overall scope of work. Interested parties can email their capabilities statements and relevant history to Don Richer at dricher@usbr.gov. Responses are due no later than 5:00 PM ET, Wednesday November 1, 2023. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition. Response is strictly voluntary; no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this sources sought notice or any follow-up information requests.
