Description

For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code, a telephone/facsimile number, and an email address. PRON: AX2F2218AX. The Government proposes to acquire, on a firm-fixed price contract, a minimum quantity of 20 each and a maximum quantity of 60 each of a Shaft, Shouldered; NSN: 3040-01-3621086; Part Number: 3842134-1 applicable to the BE UH- 60 Blackhawk weapon system. Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 20 each, 342 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA, 17070-5002. The required delivery of the Shaft, Shouldered is 5 per month. Honeywell International Inc. (CAGE Code: 99193), 2001 Normandy Drive Door 113 to 134 New Cumberland, PA, 17070-5002 is the only known source identified as having the essential qualifications and access to the technical data required to meet the Government�s requirements. The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this item from additional sources. The Army intends to solicit this as a sole source requirement to Honeywell International Inc. because the Government does not own the proprietary data necessary to compete this requirement. If any contractor has access to this proprietary data, please provide a capabilities statement to the CS or KO detailing the authorization from Honeywell International Inc. to utilize Honeywell International Inc.�s proprietary data necessary to manufacture this requirement. All offerors must have the ability to procure the requisite proprietary data from Honeywell International Inc. in order to be eligible for award. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds.
