Description

ATIS requires the server installation and software subscriptions of IntelliBoard for one year. These licenses will require maintenance support to provide the required patches and firmware updates to keep the software fully functioning, operational, and IA compliant. All software updates provided within the maintenance agreement must be quality tested prior to release to the ATIS customer. The ALMS, is undergoing a technology refresh and will be configured to use Moodle as its Learning Management platform. IntelliBoard Next is the only software product to automate learner user access to a personal data dashboard, unlimited data sources connection as well as the ability to bring data from external training systems for individual learners and provide access to all available report and dashboards in an Impact Level IV environment. ATIS cannot accommodate more than one type of LMS: therefore, all user licenses must be identical. This procurement must be accompanied by at least a five-year support guarantee, in the event that unexpected architecture problems arise or other complications render the software �unusable�. Third party / copy-cat items are not acceptable and will create future configuration and compatibility problems. Failure to obtain the exact product specified will prevent ATIS from achieving the desired operational capability stipulated by the ATIS-ALMS SABA Technology Refresh CONOP/Maintenance Plan.
