- Description
- On September 21, 2023, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Technology Acquisition Center, located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, NJ 07724 issued a Firm-Fixed-Price Delivery Order 36C10B23F0315 to Four Points Technology LLC under the terms and conditions of its NASA SEWP V GWAC Contract NNG15SD22B, and modifications thereto. The action was solicited on a sole source basis, as the result of Market Research.� Through this action, VA will receive brand name Philips managed services support, including hardware and software upgrades, replacement of end-of-life hardware, hardware and software maintenance, training, integration and customization, and system monitoring, and modification of the current environment for the existing and deployed brand name Philips Vue Picture Archive and Communication System (PACS) currently in use by the Veterans Integrated Services Network (VISN) 16 South Central VA Healthcare Network. The Period of Performance shall be a 12-month base period with four 12-month Options Periods, and three co-terminus Optional Tasks. The total value of this delivery order is $13,405,236.23 inclusive of Option Periods and Optional Tasks included. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 5.301, 16.505(b)(2)(ii)(D), and 16.505(a)(4)(iii), this notification is also being issued to provide the redacted Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity that approved this effort.� Any and all questions should be directed to the Contracting Officer, Michael Weckesser at michael.weckesser@va.gov.�
