Description: The Government has concluded its evaluation of all Stage I offers received in response to this solicitation. The list of short-listed firms is attached.� A notice containing further details regarding the Stage II Interviews will be issued to each of the short-listed A/E Firms. A notice including debriefing request procedures in accordance with FAR 36.607(b) and FAR 15.506 shall be provided to the firms who were not short-listed when final interviews and evaluations of the short-listed firms have been completed by the technical evaluation board.�
