- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: MA City: Amherst Delineated Area: Within the City Limits of Amherst, MA Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 19,503 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 20,000 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 19 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 19 Full Term: 5 years Firm Term: 0 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: N/A Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required.� Also choose 1-PERCENT-ANNUAL-CHANCE floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain) unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the [1-percent-annual chance/0.2-percent-annual chance] floodplain (formerly referred to as [�100-year�/�500-Year�] floodplain).
