- PURPOSE:�The purpose of the sources sought is to identify available authorized businesses that can provide Cable TV and Internet Services across multiple locations at 119th WG North Dakota Air National Guard. This sources sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. Pricing information is not being requested at this time. It does not constitute a solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government. REQUIREMENT:� Provide cable television (CATV) service for the 119th WG North Dakota Air National Guard without modifying the existing CATV distribution system. This service should cater to approximately 170 televisions without placing a converter at each TV. The required cable services should offer continuous and uninterrupted TV access, including 24/7 cable TV signal, and varying channels, and varying tiers of Internet service from basic to enterprise level. The vendor must also ensure 24/7 customer and technical support. The vendor is responsible for supplying all equipment, material, and labor up to the NDANG�s demarcation point. This includes all necessary components, manpower, and travel for service-related repairs and updates to the CATV. For internet service, the vendor should ensure a speed of 150 Mbps download x 150 Mbps upload and provide five (5) static IPs, all without making changes to NDANG�s current system. Provide pricing for 3 tiers of internet, 150Mbps upload and download, 250Mbps upload and download, 500Mbps upload and download.� Interested vendors should submit a capability statement demonstrating their capacity and necessary authorizations to provide the specified services. Internet Service Requirements: High speed, fiber optic connection with an Ethernet handoff to government owned equipment. Minimum speed of 150Mbps upload and 150Mbps download with the option to add more capacity.� Television Service Requirements: Provide basic cable television services that include, but are not limited to the following: ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, ESPN, TNT, TBS, USA, FX, AMC, TLC, CNN, Fox News, CNBC, MSNBC, etc. without placing a converter at each TV Responding vendors must provide capability statement that shows that they are able to and have the required authorizations to provide the above services. ANTICIPATED NAICS/SIZE STANDARD:�This requirement falls under the NAICS Code 516210 (Media Streaming Distribution Services, Social Networks, and Other Media Networks and Content Providers) with a size standard of $47,000,000.00. SUBMISSION OF INFORMATION:�All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. All interested parties will be required to respond to the resultant solicitation separately from their response to this sources sought notice. A responsible potential source shall have registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
