- Pre-Solicitation Synopsis for W56HZV-23-R-0181 � Motor Vehicle Towbar The U.S. ARMY CONTRACTING COMMAND � Detroit Arsenal intends to solicit and award a single, Firm Fixed Price with a 100% Government option contract for the following item: NSN: 4910-01-605-9680 Part Number: 12475793 Nomenclature: Towbar, Motor Vehicl Quantity: 50 Government Option: 100% NAICS Code: 336390 Unit of Issue: Each (EA) Inspection Point: Origin Acceptance Point: Origin FOB Point: Destination Level of Preservation: Military Level of Packaging: A TDP Distribution Code: D [The TDP Distribution Code limits access of technical data to U.S. Government (USG) agencies and its authorized contractors.� All interested contractors must have valid and accurate accounts within SAM and JCP to request and receive access to this information.]� The solicitation, W56HZV-23-R-0181, is anticipated for release in three to five weeks and will contain technical information and a specific due date and time. The TDP is not available for distribution at this time.� The TDP will be made available to USG authorized sources upon the release of the solicitation itself. All contractors who provided goods/services to the Department of Defense (DoD) must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).� You may register or obtain further information via the Internet at: https://www.sam.gov/SAM/pages/public/loginFAQ.jsf PLEASE NOTE: The contractor information listed within SAM and JCP must accurately match otherwise the request will be rejected and technical data will not be released.� Please verify that the individual(s) sending the request matches the information inside both SAM and JCP.� Contractors are strongly encouraged to include their Cage Code with their request(s). This solicitation, when processed, will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto.� Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list.� The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the internet in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued.� Failure to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the proposal.
