Description

Solicitation N0042124T0001 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This action will be conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and Part 13 and this RFQ is a Total Small Business Set-Aside authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis. This requirement is for recurring maintenance on Genesys Licenses for the ACD (Automated Call Distribution) System. Genesys has proprietary rights to their software and is the only company capable of providing maintenance support for their systems. The proposed source is Genesys and its authorized resellers. Letter from Manufacturer confirming Authorized Reseller status is required and must be submitted with vendor's proposal. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.��This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. The Government intends to award this on a brand name basis. All interested parties MUST submit a quote no later than 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, 10 October 2023. Award will be made on an all or none basis.� All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Donna Owens at donna.m.owens24.civ@us.navy.mil .
