The procurement serves the purpose of providing an optimized and secure cloud computing architecture (SCCA) Layer 4-7 infrastructure via an integrated solution with aim to support Army Data Center consolidation, Cloud Computing, and Joint Information Environment (JIE) alignment. The proposed software provides a full range of solutions in a single unified platform. F5 is the only vendor with a solution to provide a consolidated approach to delivering the following in one system.
