Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) is conducting market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources with the capability to provide HR Supervisors Face to Face Training four times during Fiscal Year 2024 with 250 participants per session at the Orlando VA Medical Center located at 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, FL 32827. This is a market research/sources sought synopsis only (not a pre-solicitation notice under FAR Part 5). This Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is for planning/information purposes only and shall not be construed as a commitment or a promise of a contract by the Government. This is not a solicitation. This notice does not constitute a Request for Bid, Request for Quote, or Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in the preparation of a response to this notice. Large and small businesses are encouraged to participate in this survey. For this acquisition, the NAICS code is 611430 Professional and Management Development Training, and the small business size standard is $15 Million is applicable. This survey is to determine the capability of potential sources and the availability of commercial sources and services under FAR Part 10. Interested parties shall provide a capability statement that addresses the organization s qualifications and ability to perform as a prime contractor for HR Supervisors Face to Face Training. Capability statements shall include the following business information: a. SAM UEI number b. Organization Name c. Organization Address d. Point of Contact (including name, title, addresses, telephone number, fax number and Email address) e. Business size for NAICS 611430: f. Socio-economic status (e.g., SDVOSB, VOSB, WO, etc.) g. FSS Contract Number if applicable All information must be received no later than: October 11, 2023, 11:00 am EST.
