(ABOA): 63,950 Space Type: Office, Special secured parking Parking Spaces (Total): 130 Parking Spaces (Surface): NA Parking Spaces�(Structured):�130 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 130 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: One 2-year term Additional Requirements: ? 2,500 sqft of light industrial/secured�parking for six armored vehicles at a�weight of 10,500 lb plus additional 2,000�lbs for equipment when loaded. Capable�of allowing for vehicle storage and light�maintenance. ? Agency cannot be located on the first floor of�any building.
