Broadway SOUTH: Santa Monica Fwy (I-10) to S.�Alameda St., to E. 25th St. to E 26th St EAST: Los Angeles River WEST: Harbor Fwy (I-110) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 60,906 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 63,950 Space Type: Office, Special secured parking Parking Spaces (Total): 130 Parking Spaces (Surface): NA Parking Spaces�(Structured):�130 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 130 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: One 2-year term Additional Requirements: ? 2,500 sqft of light industrial/secured�parking for six armored vehicles at a�weight of 10,500 lb plus additional 2,000�lbs for equipment when loaded. Capable�of allowing for vehicle storage and light�maintenance. ? Agency cannot be located on the first floor of�any building. Also an office cannot be on the�top floor of buildings less than four stories or�the top floor of taller buildings with uncontrolled access to building roof or rooftop�mechanical spaces.
