Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Precision Strike Weapons Program Office (PMA-201), awarded a sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-23-G-0006 to Vertex Aerospace, LLC (formerly known as Raytheon) on 30 September 2023. Procurements under this BOA are to include, but not limited to the following: engineering studies and investigations; software development; logistic studies; contractor maintenance services; ground tests; training support/development; upgrades to support equipment and special tooling and test equipment of the AN/AWW-13 Data Link Pod (DLP) and other associated equipment for the United States Navy and Foreign Military Sales customers in support of PMA-201. This BOA was awarded on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. Vertex (formerly known as Raytheon) is the only known, qualified, responsible source that can fulfill the requirements herein.� Subcontracting opportunities may be available and should be sought with Vertex at the following address: Vertex Modernization and Sustainment, LLC, 6125 East 21st Street, Indianapolis, IN� 46219, United States.
