- **PRESOLICITATION NOTICE** *** THIS IS NOT A SOLICITION OR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL ***� This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice per FAR 5.204. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION.� The purpose of this notice is to inform industry of forthcoming Solicitation 75H71023R00004 that will be issued by or before October 31, 2023.� The Solicitation will be a 100% Total Small Business set-aside for a contractor to provide teleradiology services to the Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS) hospitals.� Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the Government�s need, past performance, and price.� Projected period of performance will include One-Year Base Period plus Two One-Year Option Periods.� Tentative start date is 01/01/2024.� Background: The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS) is one of 12 regional administrative units of the Indian Health Service (IHS), in the US Department of Health and Human Services. The NAIHS delivers health services to a population of over 244,000 American Indians in five (5) Federal service units on and near the Navajo Nation. The Navajo Nation is one of the largest Indian reservations in the United States. The Navajo Nation consists of more than 25,000 contiguous square miles and three satellite communities, and extends into portions of the states of Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah. NAIHS primarily delivers health services to members of the Navajo Nation and the San Juan Southern Paiute Tribe, and also provides services to other Native Americans, including Zunis, Hopis, and other American Indian beneficiaries. NAIHS Service Units have a requirement for a contractor to provide Teleradiology Services to assist Service Units with the interpretation of medical images.� The NAIHS Service Units to be serviced are as follows: 1. Chinle Comprehensive Healthcare Facility 2. Kayenta Health Center 3. Inscription House Health Center 4. Northern Navajo Medical Center 5. Crownpoint Comprehensive Healthcare Facility 6. Gallup Indian Medical Center General requirements:� This requirement is for a contractor to provide Teleradiology Services to assist Service Units with the interpretation of medical images: X-ray (CR/DR), Computed Axial Tomography (CT), Computed Axial Tomography Angiography (CTA), Mammography (MM), Mammography digital breast Tomosynthesis 3D, Ultrasound (US), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), and Dual Energy x-ray (DEXA).� In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c)) � an active profile in the System for Award Management at SAM.gov to submit a quote.
