A BNL drawing of the tank is attached.� This is not the final design but it is very close to it. The tank is a stainless steel tank either 304 or 316 type. The tank has a lid with several ports. �The tank will have a PTFE (Teflon) coating on the inside including the lid and all the ports. All the gaskets should be made of high-quality Viton or PTFE. �The tank�s coating needs to be done correctly because it will be filled with organic liquid. �The tank should be able to be pressurized up to 5PSI. The tank will be used as a part of a circulation loop.� The tank will be filled with a mixture of organic material and water. �The level of the liquid in the tank will change daily.� � The company needs to provide documentation on the procedure to assess the quality of the tank�s welding, Teflon coating, etc. ����������������������������� QA Paragraph(S): 3.1.4 (See attached QA 101 for details) Freight along with any Packing & Handling fees are to be included in the all-inclusive price of the item delivered to BNL. *The BNL PO will NOT have a line for freight or extra fees. Please provide the following on your quote: 1. Origin of Manufacture 2. Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Please also return the following along with your quote: 1. Published Price list: showing the items on your quote for price justification or a web screenshot (or link) of same/similar items with pricing and part number shown. 2. Insurance: **IF APPLICABLE** Upon award, in accordance with Article 6 of the attached �BSA Supplemental Terms and Conditions for Work by Contractors On Site at Brookhaven National Laboratory�. Prior to coming on site to perform work, the certificate must remain in effect for the duration of the subject contract and must be filed with BNL Procurement & Property Management Division. System For Award Management (SAM): In order to support DOE reporting requirements, BSA requires all its vendors/contractors to be registered in the U. S. If not already registered, please register as soon as possible since failure to do so may preclude BSA from doing business with your organization. Basis of Award: BSA will make award to the responsive and responsible offeror who submits the lowest total price and who meets all of BSA�s technical requirements, as stated herein. 5. Pricing: shall remain valid for 60 days Quotations will be opened in private. Quotations, including their withdrawal or modification, received after the closing date shall be considered late. Such responses will only be considered for award if it is in BSA�s best interest to do so. Any resulting purchase order will be subject to the attached Terms and Conditions.
