- This is a Request for Information (RFI) from Theater Deployable Communications (TDC) as Market Research�to seek industry feedback and identify viable sources that leverage Commercial of the Shelf (COTS) equipment to provide the Air Force (AF) Agile Communications Package (ACP) and Fly Away Communications Terminal (FACT) with Automated Dynamic Radio Frequency Mesh Routing (ADRMR) capability.� Please see attached Statement of Work (SOW) and System Requirements Document (SOW).� Amendment 1 Extends the Date responses are due and attaches 1 Industry Question and Government Answer.
