- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA); Central Texas VA Healthcare System is proposing to lease a minimum of 5,422 rentable square feet (RSF) and a maximum of 5,693 (RSF) of medical space for a Vet Center in Lubbock, Texas. The space shall be located in a quality building, constructed of sound and substantial construction, and shall be in compliance with Federal Laws & Regulations governing federal leases, building & fire codes, and the American with Disabilities Act (ADA). In addition, the space offered must be either new, new construction, modernized building, or one that has undergone restoration or rehabilitation for the intended use. All design and construction shall meet the most current VA Standards.
