- This is a contract award under the Next Space Technologies for Exploration Partnerships-2 (Next STEP-2) Broad Agency Announcement (BAA), Commercialization, Innovation, and Synergies (CIS) Capability Studies II: Wideband/Phased Array/Crosslink (NextSTEP-2 BAA: Appendix L). This contract is for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Goddard Space Flight Center�s (GSFC), CIS Office for the Constellation Topology Analysis Study. NASA is seeking innovative commercial insights on this topic to inform future communication and navigation activities. NASA will use the information gained through this to produce an industry best practices reference guide with lessons learned covering all aspects of supporting commercial ground segment worldwide network(s) for both commercial and government spacecraft operating in Low Earth Orbit (LEO), Medium Earth Orbit (MEO), and Geosynchronous Equatorial Orbit (GEO).
