Description

This is a notice of the Government�s intent to issue a sole source award contract to Talu, LLC located at 2553 Dulles View Dr Ste 700, Herndon VA 20171. As an agency of the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) measures labor market activity, working conditions, price changes, and productivity in the U.S. economy to support public and private decision making. To support BLS headquarter relocation, DOL intends to negotiate and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). The contract will have a two (2) year period of performance and will be awarded under the�statutory authority of�FAR 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) for services �available from only one responsible source,� �and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements� as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This is a sole source notice published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive quotes/proposals. Therefore, no solicitation document exists for this requirement. However, all responsible parties interested in responding to this notice are invited to submit a brief technical capabilities statement that summarizes their firm�s experience and ability to provide FF&E services by 9:00am (EST) on September 25, 2023. The determination not to compete the contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Phone calls will not be accepted in response to this notice. All information submitted should support the offeror�s technical capability to provide the items required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing, verbal responses will not be accepted. The Government reserves the right to cancel this requirement.
