Description

Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement to LIVINGWORKS EDUCATION USA INC, CAGE Code: 37JY6, a small business.� In accordance with FAR 13.106-l{b)(l), The United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) for South Carolina, 9 National Guard Road, Columbia, SC 29201, intends to award a sole-source contract to LIVINGWORKS EDUCATION USA INC., for the procurement of the Suicide Prevention self-paced training.� The proposed solicitation number is W50S95-23-Q-0009 and will only be negotiated with LIVINGWORKS EDUCATION USA INC.�for the Suicide Prevention self-paced training.� It is anticipated that the award will be a firm fixed price contract in accordance with the attached J&A. It is anticipated the contract will be awarded no later than September 2023. � This requirement is being conducted under Service Code 6910 and NAICS Code 611430.� PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Eastover, SC 29044.� This Notice of Intent is NOT a REQUEST FOR QUOTE, nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. Additionally, this announcement does not obligate the Government to award a contract. The Government is not responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.�
