This amendment is a product of the pricing sheet (B08 Technical Exhibit C - Dumpster Matrix v.5_Final Revision_05SEPT23) being unclear. The revised B08 Technical Exhibit C - Dumpster Matrix v.6_Final Revision_20SEPT23 is intended to provide definitions and better context to support you as the vendor in preparation of your quote. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ***Vendor questions uploaded as ""B08 Solicitation - Vendor Questions""*** (As of 15 September 2023) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ General Description of Services: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide dumpster rental, refusal removal, and hauling services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The Contractor shall provide the dumpster rental and hauling services necessary to ensure waste disposal in support of JPMRC. Services shall include haul, delivery, dumping, and pick-up of dumpsters.� Dumpsters are free of holes to ensure trash remains inside the bins and does not cause environment issues with spillage. Notes: Attached you will find a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation with instructions to offerors, Performance Work Statement (PWS), and a matrix detailing locations, quantities, sizes, and dates.
