- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), National Agricultural Library (NAL) requires the acquisition of office furniture for (6) executive offices. The office furniture should be Kimball International �Priority� office furniture brand name or equal to match existing executive offices. The furniture must have plug-in electronic height adjustable desks with wire control, secure lockable storage, and file cabinets. The vendor will assemble/install the furniture as well. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number for this acquisition is 1232SA23Q0184 and it is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-05 (effective 08 August 2023). Please prepare a quote; include the Business Name, Business POC (name, e-mail & phone number), Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), and CAGE code. This procurement is a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 337211 � Wood Office Furniture Manufacturing. For the purpose of this procurement the small business size standard is 1,000 employees.
