Description

The 763d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron, Scott AFB, IL, intends to award a sole source contract to Geotab USA, Inc., for Vehicle Telematics for the duration of 29 September 2023 through 28 March 2025 (which includes two option years), in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(B) Only one source is capable of responding due to the unique or specialized nature of the work. Geotab USA, Inc. is the only known source that holds an active Department of the Air Force (DAF) Authority to Operate (ATO) with a Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) certified system. Thus, Geotab USA, Inc. is the only responsible source that can immediately satisfy the Government�s requirement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No award will be made based on quotes or offers received in response to this notice. The NAICS code for this requirement is 334111. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to meet this requirement by 4:00PM CDT on 21 September 2023. Additionally, any response to this notice must show clear, compelling, and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. No reimbursement for any costs connected with providing capability information will be provided.
