- The United States Air Force (USAF) Air Mobility Command (AMC) 763rd ESS (ESS), on behalf of the Directorate of Logistics Security Office (A4SO), is issuing this notice of intent to award a new purchase order on a sole source basis. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. The Government intends to award a sole source contract to Digital Force Technologies (DFT) LLC. Air Mobility Command Logistics Security Office has a need for a rapidly deployable tactical sensing system suitable for flyaway security operations and DFT is the only tactical sensor system (TSS) that meets the requirements of the TSS-SF Requirements Document (SFRD) and passed the market research test events. The Odin Tactical Systems are part of DFT�s Seraphim Intelligent Sensing Solutions (ISS) which are a modular family of advanced security sensor systems that scale from man-portable sensor systems to larger fixed-site installations with a low-infrastructure requirement allowing rapid installation, relocation, and deployment. The Seraphim-ISS family is a unique system of proprietary design, manufactured by Digital Force Technologies at our San Diego, CA manufacturing facility. All design documents including CAD drawings, wiring diagrams, PCB fabrication files, software architecture diagrams, software, and code libraries are proprietary documents to Digital Force Technologies and not available for release. No other manufacturer or company can manufacture the Seraphim-ISS systems without these design documents. The Federal Supply Code (FSC)/ Product Service Code (PSC) procurement is 6350. ?Interested parties that can meet the capabilities and requirements, may identify their interest, and submit quotations. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. Interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements, must submit information about their capabilities no later than 1200 CST, 09/21/2023. All information shall be provided at no cost, or obligation to the Government. No solicitation will be made available. Information must be sent to the Contract Specialist, elijah.dodd@us.af.mil . Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Contracting Department will proceed with the sole source negotiation with Digital Force Technologies LLC. �
