Description: The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS), Office of Acquisitions (OA) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, sole source purchase order to GENSCRIPT USA INC. located at 860 Centennial Ave, Piscataway, New Jersey 08854-3918 for DUX4 antibody production.This source will provide a DUX4 monoclonal antibody that possesses a higher titer than that of commercially available antibodies. The antibody will be used for western blotting and immunofluorescence to detect DUX4 protein and can be used for structural biology by getting the sequence of the Fab region.
