- This design bid build project is to complete Phase 3 of the curtainwall refurbishment at the Charles L. Prevedel Building in St. Louis, MO. This project will also include building a front entrance canopy.� This procurement is set aside for contractholders on the Region 6 Design Build IDIQ MATOC contract. Access requests to the documents will only be granted if they are received from the point of contact on an�Region 6 Design Build IDIQ MATOC contract. All other requests will be rejected. If� you are a subcontractor wishing to bid on this project, please contract your prime for information.
