- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT The 90th Contracting Squadron at F.E. Warren AFB, WY, hereby gives notice of their intent to award a BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) to the Wyoming Department of Military, on a single source basis utilizing FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements and FAR 13.303, Blanket Purchase Agreements. The 90th Contracting Squadron has a requirement for the lodging of students attending formal training courses at Camp Guernsey, WY (and for any distinguished visitors) along with WiFi to enable students to complete assignments pertaining to their courses. As government regulations require Government lodging to be used when available, this makes the Wyoming Department of Military the only vendor eligible for award since they are the only Government lodging vendor in Camp Guernsey, WY. NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE the intended procurement is classified under NAICS code 721110 with a Size Standard of $40 million. REGULATORY AUTHORITY The resultant contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-05. All Line Items: 0001� CLIN� Student Lodging F.O.B. Destination Place of Performance:� CAMP GUERNSEY, WY This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; a solicitation document will not be issued. All information received within seven days of the date of this notice with pricing and sufficient technical documentation to establish bona fide capability (i.e. unit price, list price, shipping and handling costs, the delivery period after contract award, the prompt payment discount terms, the F.O.B. Destination, the Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS), the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), and the certification of business size) to meet the requirement will be considered by the 90th Contracting Squadron. NOTE: All offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov."" All responses to this notice shall be submitted electronically by 10:00 am Mountain Time, on Friday, 22 Sep 2023, to the Contract Specialist, SSgt Chad Evans at chad.evans.19@us.af.mil and the Contracting Officer, Ms. Lou Bustillo, at maria_lourdes.bustillo@us.af.mil.
