- In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) , this Notice of Intent is to inform all parties the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 located at 6162 South Willow Drive Suite 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 intends to award a sole source procurement for the following requirement to the large business manufacturer, Advanced Sterilization Products, located at 33 Technology Dr, Irvine CA 92618: ITEM # DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES QTY UNIT OF ISSUE 0001 ART-Plan Hardware and Software 1 YR 1001 Software Subscription 1 YR 2001 Software Subscription 1 YR 3001 Software Subscription 1 YR 4001 Software Subscription 1 YR The ART-Plan equipment will be used in the Radiation Oncology department to assist the contouring process of the target anatomical regions on 3D-images of cancer patients for whom radiotherapy treatment has been planned. The ART-Plan is a class II medical device and is intended to be used by trained clinicians who are familiar with radiation therapy. The software consists of different modules, each used for specific purposes at a different phase of radiation treatment planning. It allows the fusion of different types of medical images. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541511 and the Business Size Standard is $34.0 million. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Friday, September 15, 2023. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above. Include any relevant information (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, capability statement, etc.) confirming the ability to supply the products and/or any services outlined in this notice. Responses to this notice are to be sent to chris.hollingsworth@va.gov. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government is not responsible for any potential costs incurred from interested parties desiring to respond to this notice.
