Description

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price contract to Nestle Company for three (3) Product Code 90075697 ESP MCH Schaerer Coffee Art Plus Machine 220V, 30A� in support of the USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78). This acquisition will be conducted using the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items; and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures.
