Description: The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source to California Broadcasters Association for advertisement for the FBI Los Angeles and Sacramento Field Office area. This requirement is for�FBI Los Angeles and Sacramento Field Office area and will be awarded to California Broadcasters Association. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources�may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.��All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer Hong Nguyen by��email. The email address is HNGUYEN2@FBI.GOV. All capability statements or quotes shall be received��before the closing date and time. Attached is the Sole Source Justification for only one responsible source that can meet the agencies minimum need under FAR Part 13.
