Description

The US Army Medical Command, Regional Health Contracting Office � Atlantic, Eisenhower Branch intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract to Beckman Coulter to perform preventative maintenance and repair services on Government owned Beckman Coulter AU-480 (2) Analyzers �(Model# 24384317 and Model# 24384306) located at Fox Army Health Center, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. �The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811210: Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance and the size standard is $34.0 M. This proposed procurement is intended to be awarded under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i): Only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreement, brand name or industrial mobilization). �A solicitation will not be issued. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested persons may submit a statement of capabilities to respond to this requirement, including information related to ATO, Department of Defense and Defense Health Agency Information Security Requirements certifications. Inquires will only be accepted via email to partson.maradzika1.mil@health.mil The Government will consider responses received by 1:00 PM EST, September 14, 2023. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. No telephone requests will be honored. A Justification & Approval for this award will be posted in accordance with FAR 6.305.
