- BD Arctic Sun Stat Temperature Management System for Minneapolis VA Health Care System. This is a solicitation conducted using FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). Solicitation number 36C26323Q0897 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). This procurement is a full and open competition. Prospective offerors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) SAM.gov | Home database and the Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ at time of offer to the government.
