Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source contract under statutory authority 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) (A), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The NAVSUP FLCN intends to solicit and award a sole source contract for services related to Naval Supply Systems Command FLC Norfolk Commanding Officer for Forklift Nameplate Data and Certification to Professional Forklift Engineering Services LLC, 3443 Henrietta Hartford Rd, Mount Pleasant, SC 29466-6985. A sole source justification has been prepared and approved by Contracting Officer; however the justification is not required to be posted. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
