Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE Firm Fixed Price FFP contract using FAR Part 12 and Part 13 procedures. Supply/Service needed: Conference room, for 50 personnel from 24 September 2023 through 29 September 2023.�Conference room, for 100 personnel from 26 September 2023 through 29 September 2023. Large conference room capable of sitting 150 personnel (seminar style) with crescent rounds. The conference room should:oBe available for use from 0700-1800 each day (25 September 2023 through 29 September 2023).oBe available for setup from 1400-1800 on 24 September 3023.oInclude Audio Visual Equipment capable of projecting presentations.oHave WiFi or LAN connectivity to the internet.oHave a podium for briefers.�Medium conference room capable of sitting 50 personnel (classroom style) with rectangle tables. The conference room should:oBe available for use from 0700-1800 each day (25 September 2023 through 29 September 2023).oBe available for setup from 1400-1800 on 24 September 3023.oInclude Audio Visual Equipment capable of projecting presentations.oHave WiFi or LAN connectivity to the internet.oHave a podium for briefers.�Light refreshments�during the duration of the event (25 September 2023 through 29 September 2023). The Government intends to Award on a Sole Source basis to: The Natinoal Conference Center NCC PS ENTERPRISES, LLC NATIONAL CONFERENCE CENTER, THE 18980 UPPER BELMONT PLACE LEESBURG VA 20176-1245, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available. All interested and/or responsible sources may submit a capability statement and price estimate, which shall be considered by the agency.
