Description: ** This is a solicitation ** The Government requires an extended warranty Brand Name or Similar to Illumina Nextseq 1000 Silver Support Plan. This includes full coverage for parts, labor, and travel; reagent replacement due to hardware failures; 1 annual preventative maintenance; Remote Technical Support (require range: 18hrs/day 5 days/wk); 2 business day on-site response target; control software and hardware updates; on-site applications support; discounts on advanced training; and remote monitoring. The government intends to create a contract with one base year and four option years of this plan.
