Description

This is a notice of intent for sole source procurement. The MO Army National Guard (MOARNG) Purchasing and Contracting Office intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for HH-UH60M Airframe Repair Toolkits as described below: Two (2) Each - Air Frame Toolbox and Tool Kit Five (5) Each - Avionics Mechanics Toolbox and Tool Kit 21 Each - General Mechanics Toolbox and Tool Kit The exact listing of tools contained within each toolkit will be identified at a later date. Each toolbox must be equipped with Automated Tool Control - Tool Tracking - Snap-on Level 5 Tool Control (snaponlevel5.com)) or similar. This announcement is in accordance with requirement listed above, under the authority of FAR 13.106-3(b)(3)(i) and FAR 13.501- Limited source acquisitions over the micro-purchase threshold but not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. This notice is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all quotes received in writing within the request for quote due date of this notice will be considered by the Government. Additional information/Quotes must be submitted via email to: douglas.m.young4.civ@army.mil and craig.l.lueckenotto.civ@army.mil and are due by 3:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time, 20 September 2023. This action is conducted under FAR Part 13. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 332216 - Saw Blade and Handtool Manufacturing. System for Award Management (SAM) registration is required for all vendors doing business with the Department of Defense (DoD).
