Description
The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW 13.106(b) to obtain a full-service agreement on existing Alaris Infusion Pumps. Period of performance: Base: 10/23/2023-11/6/2023 Basic description of the requirement: The Department of Veterans Affairs, James J. Peters VA Medical Center in the Bronx, NY has (266) Alaris PC model 8015 units, (427) LVP 8100 Alaris Infusion Pumps, (40) 8110 Infusion Pump Syringe pumps, (21) Alaris 8120 Infusion Pump PCA which we require annual preventive maintenance services as per manufacturer specs. The Infusion Pumps allow caregivers to infuse patients intravenously with required medicines, nutrition, fluids, etc. to treat their specific ailments at the Bronx VAMC. All work shall be in accordance with the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) standards. All Preventive Maintenance is to be done as per BD Alaris Preventive Maintenance as per manufacturer proprietary instructions for Model 8015, 8100, 8110, 8120. Place of Performance: James J. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by September 13, 2023 at 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). The Department of Veterans Affairs will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses from responsible sources will be considered. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Interested parties are encouraged to furnish information by email only with RESPONSE TO INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE ALARIS PUMP MAINTENANCE in the subject line. All documents submitted, will not be returned. All interested parties shall submit clear and convincing documentation demonstrating their capabilities to satisfy the requirements listed above to Contract Specialist Leia Labruna at Leia.Labruna@va.gov. The capability documentation should include general information and technical background describing in detail the prospective contractor's capabilities and experience that will demonstrate the ability to support these requirements.
