The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a sole source order to purchase an online subscription to Law 360 from Lexis Nexis (Portfolio Media) for the IRS Chief Counsel Library and Associate Offices. The authority permitting a Sole Source Acquisition is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. The period of performance will be one year from the date of award.
