Description

The purpose of this Amendment is to remove the Small Business set aside, extend the closing date to 9/11/2023, Correct NAICS code in Section A and update the Statement of Work. ********************************************************************** Solicitation All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Maria Sproul at maria.a.sproul.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time on 11 August 2023. Solicitation N0042123Q0483 is issued as a brand name procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for Kongsberg Geospatial for items as listed, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Offeror�s must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov. This procurement is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS): 513210 NO SUBSTITUTIONS ACCEPTED - Items must be covered under the Manufacturer�s Warranty. Vendor Must be Authorized Distributor/Reseller. **YOU MUST SUBMIT SIGNED DOCUMENTATION VERIFYING YOU ARE AN AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR / RESELLER** This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror�s initial offer should represent the vendor�s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you provide. Solicitation closing date/time is firm; proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Your quote must contain enough technical information i.e. data sheet, drawing, specification, etc. for evaluation. Your quote will only be evaluated based on the information provided. The award will be made on the basis of lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards.
