Description

NASA White Sands Test Facility (WSTF) has a requirement to issue a sole source Firm-Fixed-Priced Task Order to El Paso Electric Company (EPEC) for electric utility services in Las Cruces, NM. These services are in support of the Agency�s mission, as well as the current and future NASA programs tested at WSTF.��� This sole source is pursuant to FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(B). Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. See attached Limited Source Justification (LSJ) for details. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES/PROPOSALS AND NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE.�
