- SOURCES SOUGHT:? THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUOTATION BUT INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY!? This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government.? All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. ?Eielson Air Force Base anticipates a requirement that is being considered under a small business set-aside program.? The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed 333415 or 335312.? The size standard for both NAICS codes are 1,250 Employees. The requirement is to provide two (2) generators and two (2) Indirect Fire�Heaters that are the same or equal to the models specified below and meets all salient characteristics listed to support the 354 RANS Range Maintenance personnel to conduct winter build operations in remote locations.�Salient Characteristics: 2 Ea - ESI Bull Rail Trailer (Model Number: KPG-28-BR): Diesel powered.� Arctic rated.� Bull rail attachment.� Capable of supplying 10 x 20 Amp outlets minimum.� Extended oil pan capable of 3000 hours minimum of use before oil service.� 150% secondary containment capability which catches all accidental fluid release due to mechanical failure.� Mobile/Trailer mounted.� 2 Ea � Self-Contained Mobile Insustrial Heater (Model Number: ES700): Diesel powered� Capable of 770,000 British Thermal Units (BTU)/hour minimum.� Heats 4,000 Cubic Feet per Minute (CFM) minimum.� Minimum 3,000 hour oil service.� Minimum of 37+ hours of run time.� Vertical LED Light Tower.� 150% secondary containment capability to catch all accidental fluid release due to mechanical failure.� Mobile/Trailer mounted.� We are interested in small businesses capable of meeting this requirement. Market research is being conducted to determine interest, capability, and socio-economic category of potential sources for the requirement.? The government requests interested parties submit a brief description of their company's business size (i.e. annual revenues and employee size), business status (i.e., 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUBZone small business, woman-owned small business, veteran-owned small business, or small business) anticipated teaming arrangements, and a description of similar services offered to the Government and to commercial customers.
